– Promote continuous improvement of activities, behaviors and correct performance in the area of their relationship with quality, the environment and occupational health and safety, evaluating in advance the repercussions of any new development on these variables.
– Involve all company personnel in the responsibility of managing occupational risk prevention, quality and the environment, including contractors and collaborators in the active commitment to improving the working conditions of their employees.
– Plan prevention, seeking a coherent set that integrates technique, work organization, working conditions, social relationships and the influence of environmental factors.
– Promote the participation, information, training and consultation of all operators and adopt all those measures that fall within the company’s possibilities for the prevention of accidents that may have repercussions for human health and the environment.
For this, AVANTE MONTAJES S.L. It has the commitment of each and every member of the structure (operators, middle managers and managers). To this end, it has developed and implemented the Integrated Management System contained in this Manual in accordance with the requirements of the Standards UNE-EN-ISO-9001-2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001-2015.
The Management assumes responsibility for the management of the company towards clients, guaranteeing the adaptation of the conditions of the service and encouraging, through continuous improvement, the achievement of results that promote the good progress of the company and are a guarantee for the future.
The Management of AVANTE MONTAJES S.L. Through an appropriate motivation and training plan, it will ensure that its Integrated Management System policy is communicated, understood and accepted by all personnel, and with the help of internal audits it will verify that the Integrated Management System maintains its effectiveness and adequacy.
Any person from AVANTE MONTAJES S.L. whose activities may be directly or indirectly affected by the requirements contained in this Manual, is obliged to strictly comply with them.
